Industrial Coffee Machine, Industrial Coffee Bean Grinder, Halal Coffee Beans from Italy, Farmhouse Fresh Milk, Thick heat resistant Cardboard-Paper Cups - 1-2 Trainers Activity > Coffee Appreciation Topics Covered: - Basic knowledge in coffee (does not cover coffee roasting) - Difference between Arabica and Robusta - Extraction process of coffee, Under extraction coffee, Over extraction espresso - Humidity on coffee - Coffee tasting (espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino) - Tasting/sampling: 2-4 types of coffee beans, 2-4 types of espresso, 2-4 types of black coffee, 2-4 types of milk based coffee Duration 1.5 to 2 hours (vary depending on pax) - First 5 pax RM 150 per pax - 6th pax onwards RM 50 per pax - Ex calculation: 5 pax = RM 750 , 6 to 20th pax = RM 50/pax. So if 20 pax = RM 750+750 = RM 1500 or RM 75 per pax Activity > Make your own coffee - Make your own coffee, for your self. - Trainer will teach you how to make your own coffee (Americano) - Includes: how to tamp & you pull the coffee shot - Trainer will give a talk on coffee (how to appreciate coffee) - Each person will receive a cup of coffee - Min 5 pax (max 30), Duration 1-2h (vary depending on pax) - Fees: RM 250 for 5 pax (+RM40 for each additional pax) Activity > Etching Latte Art (Draw cartoons) - Trainer will demo 2 demo Etching Latte Art - Then you attempt to do Etching Latte Art on your latte - Each person will receive a cup of Latte (or Hot-Chocolate) - Min 5 pax (max 20), Duration 1-2h (vary depending on pax) - Fees: RM 200 for 5 pax (+RM20 for each additional pax) I am interested, what now?
